Bette Ann Moskowitz
Bette Ann Moskowitz is a published author of two novels, a memoir, a non-fiction tale of aging and institutional advocacy, and a non-fiction narrative about aging and ageism. Her books have also been published in Greece, Italy and China. She has written and published short fiction, poems, songs, and essays (N.Y. Times, Review of Contemporary Fiction, American Book Review and others), most recently, in the Times’ popular Sunday column, “Modern Love” (April, 2020). She is a member of ASCAP, the Authors Guild and received a New York Foundation for the Arts Fellowship for Literary Non-Fiction in 1994, and was a finalist in the same category in 2013. For several years she wrote a lifestyle column for a regional newspaper in the Hudson Valley, where she presently lives.
