If you submit a manuscript to us and we decline we will delete your data after X days.

Marketing Emails

We may occasionally remove data from our mailing list, if there has been a significant period of inactivity (ie no email opened for 1-2 years). If we do this then we will email you to let you know we are considering doing it, and you have the right to continue receiving mailings, or to allow us to go ahead.
