Christopher Chase Walker

Christopher Walker was born in Maryland in 1969, on the same day Apollo 12 returned from the moon. He grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and earned a BA in English Literature from the College of Wooster. Following university, Christopher lived in Chicago, where he worked as a bartender, unloading trucks at a fine arts auction house and then as charity fundraiser. He moved to London in 2001 and has raised millions for children’s and young adults’ charities in the UK and abroad. In 2012, Acorn Independent Press published his first novel, Now You Know, and in 2014 his essay about baseball was published by the Guardian. He lives in Brighton.
