Robert Adams is founder of Creative Coaching Creative Cultures. He is a Coach, Trainer and Consultant, Speaker and Author. Robert helps individuals, leaders and organisations solve their problems, and to cultivate positive and productive cultures.
Robert has a wealth of knowledge and experience in leadership and management, coaching and workforce development in the public sector, in education, the arts, and community and voluntary sectors; with over 30 years as a practicing and exhibiting artist http://www.stainedglassandpaintings.com/ and over 20 years’ experience teaching, primarily within the Arts and Social Sciences.
Robert has 20 years’ management and senior leadership experience, as well as extensive experience in training, mentoring and coaching to individuals and teams to support achievement of individual and organisational goals, and cultural change.
Robert also has a strong academic background with a Master in Art, a Master in Education specialising in Leadership and Management, and a Master in Diversity, Culture and Identify. He is a Licensed DISC Trainer, certificated through The Coaching Academy.
