Unveiling hidden accounts of St. Paul and James the Brother of Jesus

Two thousand years ago was a time of enormous shift in Consciousness. Astrologically speaking, the Earth shifted from the Age of Aries to the Age of Pisces. That time was the cusp of that transition, and it saw a lot of upheaval. There was geopolitical division (where countries were occupying other countries), socioeconomic division (where the poor were subjected to higher taxes by the rich) and ideological division.

During this time of polarized division, one man’s voice rose above the fray in Ancient Judea – Jesus.

His radical teachings at that time, containing the main essence of Love, Divine Consciousness and Oneness, really resonated with people. He highlighted the light of the Divine Consciousness is that seed of Divine Source that is within every single soul. As all souls embody the Divine Consciousness, all souls can therefore choose to express divinity and love while in a body, in the pursuit of Oneness.

Unfortunately, power-play and persecution cut Jesus’ time short – but not before he and his message inspired so many to continue his teachings. Many took his teachings far and wide, and a rich myriad of Christian teachings emerged. However two behemoths rose within the early Christian community -St Paul, the Evangelist, and James, the Brother of Jesus.

The book Divine Consciousness sheds light on St Paul’s teachings and how he tirelessly laid the foundations for one of the biggest religions in modern times.

St. Paul is widely accepted to be one of, if not the founding father of Christianity. In fact, he is the most widely recorded biblical figure, with nearly half the New Testament accorded to him and his letters of Jesus’ teachings.

What was revealed in Divine Consciousness was that St Paul was so inspired and loved Jesus so much that he spent his life spreading what he perceived to be Jesus’ teachings wherever he went. In fact, it was St Paul who took the teachings to the heart of Rome, which, at that time, was the most dangerous place to spread any teachings other than what the Romans believed. Anybody caught spreading and practicing Christianity was executed for treason, and so early Christianity was practiced in secret in Rome. Practitioners used a simple symbol of a fish to inform those in the know that they were Christians. This choice of symbol is interesting, given that it was the start of the Age of the Pisces, the Fish Sign, that early Christianity was adopted.

So, it was at the start of the New Consciousness of the Age of Pisces 2000 years ago that St Paul followed his soul purpose to spread the teachings of Jesus and birthed Gentile Christianity. Hea followed his own light to take these teachings to the heart of one of the most hostile places to help with the change of some very rigid belief systems, which resulted in the fledgling start of one of the biggest religious movements in current times.

Divine Consciousness also chronicles James, the brother of Jesus’, life, who was given the mantle to lead the original Church by Jesus, and continues his original teachings.

While not very widely known, many theological scholars regard James as the unsung hero of Christianity. He is seen as the successor that Jesus chose to lead his original church - the Judeo-Christian movement steeped in the philosophical values of the Essene movement.

What was revealed in Divine Consciousness was that both Jesus, and his brother, were Jews. However, they did not agree with the traditional way that the Pharisees and the Sanhedrin tended to their congregation in ancient Judea. They did not agree with the hierarchical and controlling ways of the leaders of their religion. So, Jesus became a Nazarene, a priest of the Essene movement, and for various reasons became the spiritual leader of the group. His teachings of love, Oneness and Divine Consciousness were so radical in those days, so fundamentally different. His teachings also threatened the political structure in ancient Judea, which, in those days, were tumultuous enough – with protests and riots by the zealots, Roman occupation and the economy being in such dire straits. So he was sentenced to die.

However, before he died, according to the accounts in Divine Consciousness, Jesus passed the mantle of leadership of his Church to his brother James. According to the book, James’ gift was not in teaching and preaching spirituality, but in being the best embodiment of Jesus’ teachings that he could be. He led by example and shone his light in is Being. So he was given the title, James the Righteous, by Jesus’ followers. James also tried really hard to mediate and keep a fragmenting church together in ancient Judea. However, he was killed for his efforts – and soon after his death, the Romans laid siege to Jerusalem, which scattered those who upheld the Jewish Christian belief, eventually ending that branch of the Church at around AD 70.

What was interesting about the teachings of both Gentile Christianity and Judeo Christianity, is that both these branches upheld Love, Divine Consciousness and Oneness as the core concepts of their teachings. However, this deeper essence got lost as people, politics and power got in the way, in pursuit of establishing their individual selves as part of the ‘truth’ and the ‘rightful’. So we lost the rich treasures of diverse perspectives, wisdom and knowledge through political maneuverings, intolerance and persecutions.

We lost the essence of Love, Divine Consciousness and Oneness.

Now, two thousand years later, we are going through another monumental change in Consciousness – where we are shifting from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius. At the cusp of the transition, we are again witnessing extreme polarization and division – geopolitically, socioeconomically and ideologically.

However, this time we can learn from the mistakes of the past. Today, we can choose embody Jesus’ teachings of Love and Divine Consciousness. If we can see the spark of the Divine in everyone, that mirrors and reflects the spark of Divine in those that we love… then can we not spread love to all?

By embodying our Divine Consciousness and seeing the Divine within others, maybe we can finally break the cycle of intolerance. Maybe we can finally put duality and polarization to bed, as we rise and shine like the radiant beings that we are, as we move towards Oneness and Love.

Isn’t it time? It is our choice.
