Don Milligan

Don Milligan has been a gay activist, trade unionist, and a member of the communist movement for many decades. He published the pamphlet, The Politics of Homosexuality in 1973, and The Truth About the Aids Panic, with Michael Fitzpatrick in 1987, and also completed a doctoral thesis, 'The Aesthetic of Emancipation: A study of the relation between Raymond Williams's socialism and his literary criticism, cultural analysis and theoretical writings', in 2003. He lives in Manchester, UK.
