Brian Willems
Brian Willems is assistant professor of literature and film theory at the University of Split, Croatia. He is the author of Hopkins and Heidegger (Continuum, 2009), Facticity, Poverty and Clones: On Kazuo Ishiguro's Never Let Me Go (Atropos, 2010), Shooting the Moon (Zero Books, 2015), Speculative Realism and Science Fiction (Edinburgh University Press, 2017), and Sham Ruins: A User's Guide (2022). A piece of fiction, Henry, Henry: A Novella, was released by Zero Books in 2017. Brian has been a guest professor in the USA, UK and Europe. He has also curated exhibitions of new media artists in Croatia and Slovenia.
