Held in Captivity for three hours with this book! 5 Stars Book Two...In Captivity, where to start? Well, if you thought everything was wrapped neat, with a pretty little bow on top, think again. This continuation of the story was so crazy, I was mad, angry, scared, helpless, hopeful, numb, you name it, it was there. You think it's going to be perfect but a bad business trip throws it all to hell. What will Rachel have to endure to get her husband back? How long will it take? Who can she depend on? And while going through this, and even after, she's still dealing with her past. Will Rachel ever learn to forgive herself? What's done is done. She learns to move forward with her life and understand the workings of the why it felt so good, why she felt ashamed. The psychological aspect isn't that hard to grasp here. What I really loved, was getting a peek into Albert's mind with his POV. Loved that, gave him more depth. *Bravo* I, myself, was held in Captivity for about three hours with this book, hehe. It's definitely dark, but I continued to read until the end. I had to know if Rachel would end up being the woman she never imagined she could be. Whether or not Albert was there. ~ Ariel Mathis, Goodreads & Amazon
A woman tries to keep her life together after her lover is kidnapped! 5 Stars Rachel is enjoying her new life. She is with Albert and their new daughter. Their love is fresh and new. When Albert wants to get married, Rachel is resistant despite the advantages of marrying. But when Albert goes to the Middle East, Rachel will regret that decision. A terrorist group attacks and kidnaps Albert, plunging Rachel into grief. For months, she waits for news while the negotiations for his release grow less and less promising. Soon, only Victor, the CEO of Albert’s company, is talking to the terrorists. But Victor wants something from Rachel. If she doesn’t submit to his desires, he won’t pay the ransom to free Albert. Amy captures the paralyzing despair of tragedy. The book is full of sex, and Rachel finds pleasure even in the worst situation, much to her horror. You find yourself rooting for her as she does what she has to for the man she loves. All in all, I enjoyed it more than first book. Amy has improved as an author. The book keeps you reading as you hope for Rachel and Albert’s reunion. Do they get their happy ending? You’ll have to read Good Pussy Bad Pussy in Captivity to find out! ~ Reed James , Amazon, Goodreads & his own blog
Just as good as the first! 5 Stars In the second installment to the series we see Albert's point of view on a lot of things. There is more action, and we really get to see how Rachel feels and deals with the possibility of losing everything she's grown to love so much. I loved this and highly recommend reading it, especially if you've read the first one. But if you haven't read the first one yet then don't start with this one! Get Good Pussy Bad Pussy: Rachel's Tale so you'll be caught up. :) ~ Ella Marie, Amazon, Goodreads & her blog
Hot romance – You can't miss the rest of the story! 5 Stars I loved Good Pussy Bad Pussy - Rachel's Tale so I couldn't wait to read the continuation. Rachel's beloved, father of her daughter Isabella, is abducted on a business trip in the Middle East and he's held for ransom. Back on the French Riviera, Rachel is held hostage by threats from Albert's CEO, Victor. One of the things I loved the most about this book is the story of Albert and Rachel's early days from Albert's perspective. The action is intense and the sex scenes are hot. If you enjoyed Rachel's Tale you absolutely can't miss In Captivity. ~ Pandora Spocks , Amazon & Goodreads
What a book! A Dark Erotic sexual thriller! 5 Stars. Oh Rachel! Hallelujah should I say? Hell yeah... I could not have asked for a better book! If you liked the first in the series, you will love this one! And if you loved the first book like I did, you will be blown away by this edition. Once again, Rachel comes alive, naive and breathtakingly adventurous in her pursuit of freedom & through the struggle of her life. This book is a masterpiece of sexuality and the feminine ideal. I would put this work on top of Plato's and next to Friedrich Nietzsche and Martin Heidegger. What excites me about it is the fusion of daily life, day to day activities with the themes of enlightenment and consciousness and almost dogmatic issues such as Slave Morality! You might end up hating Rachel, But hey, you will at one point, yes, eventually appreciate the turmoil she consumed and the enlightenment, liberation and good it brought her. The dilemma of traditional marriage, social norms and social programming, the confines from which she sought to free herself, just like in our modern times haunted by emotional struggle. How could anyone go through so much and not break down or get transformed... I loved what her unbecoming did to her. I was excited and happy for her, the power she derived from it. The rejuvenation of her soul and spirit. Sorry, I'm not sorry I fell in love with her and her journey. Oh Rachel...! Well written and honestly sincere. I dare say this is a book from life's most intimate contemplations. It begins with a fast-paced introduction and ends in a satisfactory ending! Go on now, get your copy and follow naive Rachel in the exploration of the sexual and emotional dilemmas that cloud her life. You won't regret it :) ~ Thomas Muriuki, Goodreads & Amazon
Better and darker than the first - 5 Stars I'll be honest, I had some issues with the first book in this series. The story was engaging and the writing was good, but Rachel's indecision and irrationality drove me bananas in spots. In this book, we get a fuller picture of her, and her maddening behavior in Book 1 comes into clearer focus. This is a bigger, darker, more well-rounded story that is well worth the read, assuming you've got the stomach to get through the dark spots. Rachel and Albert have settled into their life in Cap Ferrat with their new baby. They're blissfully happy and discussing marriage. Then Albert goes on a trip to Jordan where he's kidnapped by terrorists. Overnight, Rachel's life goes from bliss to horror as Albert's kidnappers first demand a huge ransom, then disappear. Worse, Albert's partner Victor moves to exploit the situation, threatening to abandon Albert to his captors unless Rachel sleeps with him. Unlike the first book, the story is also told from Albert's perspective, both retelling parts of Book 1 and the trauma of his kidnapping. The dark sections here, as Rachel is forced into a relationship with Victor, are likely to be too much for anyone not into dark erotica, but the author spins them with care, expertly describing the horrors from Rachel's perspective as Victor demands not just Rachel's body but her mind as well. But through this, we get a deeper understanding of who Rachel is and how she's ended up where she is in life. More than that would be a spoiler, but there's some surprising depth in this work and a highly satisfying ending. ~ Michael Dalton, Amazon, Goodreads and his blog
Hot and Steamy This is the follow up to Good Pussy Bad Pussy: Rachel’s Tale and it doesn’t disappoint! This book starts with her beloved Albert being kidnapped and from there between what simply just happens to Rachel, and what happens to her based on her own choices, is often violent and graphic, yet oh so hot and steamy. Again, A. Aimee gives us a guilty pleasure book that leaves you both excited and shocked at yourself because of your excitement! She takes you to the edges of places you’ve never been before, and leaves you no choice but to jump. I highly recommend this book (both of these books) to anyone wanting to explore their naughty side. You might be surprised at what you find! ~ January Gray, Amazon & her blog
It is wonderful to see the genre take on deeper meanings and subjects. This is well-written, wonderfully told, and a gripping account of a woman wrestling with sexuality and what that means to her. When I say sexuality I mean its power over others, and its power over her. The difficult situations are used to explore this power and her feelings about using it, both what it does to others and what it does to herself. You do get the feeling of the meaninglessness of sex forced or used to comfort, and this is a good thing that helps drive the book’s message of love home. The cover is simple, pretty, and it reflects the dark themes of the book. I told you this was a difficult book. Some books are fantasies and escapes, and they let you fly free from life or a moment or two. Other books inspire reflection and thought, and this book clearly falls into the latter – at least for me. There is a great examination of “good pussy and bad pussy” in the books in this series, and I feel that this theme of sex as a force for good, or as a force for bad, is worth bringing into your consciousness and thinking about. It is also worth discussing and reading, as I do not normally read books like this, but they do inspire me to think. I liked it though, even the parts I didn’t like, I understood – and I did feel they belonged. The abuse, the mistakes, everything – these reflect us as sexual beings and the same things which happen in our lives. Sex is not always magically porn-movie perfect, and I support works like this that explore imperfect lives. Through these, we find ourselves. This is one you have to stick with until the end, as tough as it gets that redemption is there. Very nice work. A strong recommend this one for readers interested in difficult themes, the meaning of sex in erotic romance, and readers interested in details of emotional survival. Overall, a book important not so much for the heat and erotic content as the message, reflections on sexuality, and hopeful spirit it communicates. Riveting, suspenseful and powerful Mutha Fucka she did it again!! Loved this book :) Ok... disclaimer first... There is graphic rape in this book under the guise of blackmail. This book will push your hard limits. This is a violent story. It will get your heart pumping and have you screaming NOOOOO! You may even have the urge to jump into this book and kick some ass yourself. These are unfortunate but necessary events to tell this story. This is also a story about love, family and the lengths and limits we are pushed, to care for the ones we love. What would you do if you were in this situation? What situation? You'll have to read the book to find out. The rest of the book is flawless. It's hard to express how fucked up and awesome it is. I don't trust any of the characters except Albert and Rachel's mom. And I don't know how Rachel or her family will ever be able to deal with or recover from this. The Buddhist monastery is an interesting piece of the story and I have some unanswered questions about all of that. Is Rachel going to tell Albert about what happened there? Another question that has me scratching my head. Does Rachel have a magical pussy? I'm really starting to think that her Good Pussy Bad Pussy secretes a magical essence that makes people fall to their knees and become lust filled zombies that have to have a taste of the Rachel. So speaking of Rachel's magical vagina, let's talk about sex. The sex is good, graphic and frequent. Good Pussy Bad Pussy has an insatiable appetite and she is just as hungry in this one. However, as I mentioned before, there is rape and it makes my heart hurt when I read about it. I can't really elaborate on this, so if you read this I'll let you make up your own mind. Overall, this book is amazing! In Captivity is enthralling, riveting, suspenseful and powerful. There are lots of hot and steamy sex scenes that will have your naughty bits tingling, confused and excited. The story is well written, inventive and captivating. The characters are well developed and the storyline is unique and heart gripping. The sex is really good and sometimes healing, but reader beware... there is graphic and detailed rape and blackmail. I still think the cost of the ebook is a little high for my liking, but this is a really good read and I highly recommend it. ~ Naughty Book Snitch, Amazon, Goodreads & her blog
