This book is a lovely pot pourri of spiritual awakening and healing methods, mainly from the older cultures who were so much more in touch than we of the present day. She relates it to the coming changes slated for 2011 and 2012 in a way that is both salutary and which usefully prods us in healthy directions. She speaks of many methods of meditation, healing, connecting with earth and sky, the opening of our chakras to tune to the cosmos and receive information and the reader is guided to many possibilities of personal development which will help survive and thrive in the coming times. I particularly was drawn to the wisdom of Patanjali and his cryptic sutras, full of wisdom but which take some work to elucidate. All in all, a deceptively simple and short book but full of helpful stuff written in a very direct and accessible way. Leo rutherford ~
