It’s what everyone wants isn’t it? To be happy? What people often don’t realise is that there are two kinds of happiness. That which comes from without, and that which comes from within. The second kind is the important one.
Happiness that comes from without is dependent on other people and the world you live in. Happiness that comes from within is dependent only upon the world that lives within you. How to be Happy shows you how to access your future happiness of the real kind, by discovering your complete evolution, over many lifetimes. Happiness from within can only be activated if you remember what you came here to do. Past lives need to be recalled and healed, so that we can remember what we came here to do.

Anyone with an interest in past lives and regression will find this a well-written and easy to read book that's bursting with information. ~ Sarah Connor, Eternal Spirit
Jenny Smedley`s How to be Happy (Finding a Future in Your Past) is an interesting read for all people contemplating doing a Past Life Therapy and Healing session. Ms. Smedley manages to find the connective thread of spiritual truth with a number of aspects of Past Life Therapy and Healing work. Some of these are not mentioned in other mainstream books on this subject. I do recommend this book to anyone who is either embarking on a new spiritual path or already on one and feels ready to consider doing some Past Life Therapy and Healing for further spiritual development. ~ Dr. Michael G Millett, Elevated Therapy International www.pastlifehealing.co.uk
Many of us have character and behaviour traits that we can't understand, as there is something else needed to complete the picture. The author reveals the vital missing part through this fascinating study of past lives. The book provides proof that the work we do as past life therapists really does make a positive difference to peoples lives. A truly inspirational study of human behaviour. ~ Andrew Hillsdon, Chairman of The Past Life Therapists Association
Jenny Smedley brings a fresh, thoroughly researched approach to the question of who we are as cosmic beings. By addressing who we have been, with which issues we brought in as a result of those lives, the promise of a happy future is finally within reach. As each life experience adds to the soul's mosaic, Jenny's writing adds to the larger theme of our potential greatness, however small we might feel right now. This book broadens our scope of potential to live lives of joy! ~ Nancy Lee, author, psychic medium, radio host and producer, \"LIGHTS ON! with Nancy Lee\", consciousness talk radio since 1997. www.nancylee.net
Do I believe in reincarnation? Well, all I can say is that although I do not purposely use past life regression in my own Hypnotherapy practice, over the years I have had experience of one or two clients who have seemingly spontaneously regressed to a past life whilst under hypnosis, and have even found the key to present day problems within that past life. Who knows what the human mind is capable of – or where that mind may have dwelt before in time and space? Jenny writes with sincerity and conviction, and this book contains some compelling case histories. ~ Cliff Cowin, Founder and owner of www.HypnotherapistRegister.com
If the possibility of past life rings true to you then here is a book to help you look deeper into what has made you who you have become today ~ Barbara Venn-Lever, Host on My Spirit Radio & author of Tarot for the Curious Spirit
...The really interesting thing is that How to Be Happy doesn’t look at childhood trauma. Instead, this book goes further into the past, into previous lives. It’s fascinating stuff. There are stories of couples trying to fix mistakes of previous relationships, some trying to pay back the other for infidelity, or putting the shoe on the other foot. There are also accounts of individuals who have deep phobias associated with traumatic deaths or who relive abuse situations from previous incarnations ~ TCM Reviews
In this case, the route to happiness is by past-life regression therapy, not immediately clear from the title. Many people want to read about this subject, and Jenny's book is an excellent introduction to the subject. The many examples clearly illustrate the way current life problems of health, attitudes, relationships, phobias, etc., can be resolved, often quickly, once their past-life origins have been revealed. Whatever the actual mechanism at work, I can personally vouch for the effectiveness of the approach and this book is good preparation for anyone wishing to try regression or progression therapy. ~ Pilgrims Mind Body Spirit
