I've read Miriam's latest book Flourishing Together, and I believe the title of this books says it all. Based on the principles of Appreciative Inquiry this has become a book that explains how we can flourish together. Apart from an introduction to Appreciative Inquiry and its backgrounds, it focuses on the use of appreciative coaching and how, by bringing relevant others into the coaching process, we create a richer environment for the person being coached. As an experienced coach Miriam takes us through this process in a thorough way, touching on the many aspects of Appreciative Coaching.
