Peter Christian Vardy
Peter Vardy was Vice-Principal of Heythrop College, University of London, and is one of the best known philosophers of religion in Britain and Australia. His 'Puzzle' series of books published by Harper Collins have been through many printings and are available in many languages. These have now been replaced by ETHICS MATTERS, GOD MATTERS and BIBLE MATTERS (with CHarlotte Vardy) published by SCM Press in 2012, 2013 and 2015 respectively. His latest book 'THE PUZZLE OF CHRISTIANITY' was published by Harper Collins in 2016. He is the author or co-author of 16 books and runs the largest conference for GCSE and A level students in Philosophy and Religious studies in Britain and similar conferences in Australia and elsewhere.
