Maggie Kay

Formerly a psychology graduate and ordained Buddhist, Maggie Kay is a seasoned life, business and spiritual coach, meditation teacher and writer.

She founded Thrivecraft Coaching in 2003 and the Thrivecraft Academy in 2013 - a training school for Thrivecraft coaches, practitioners and meditation teachers.

Maggie now lives in the midst of 100 acres of Cornish countryside with her soul mate husband where she hosts coaching, meditation and training retreats and online programmes.

Maggie has recently become the mindfulness and meditation expert for Dawn Breslin's Harmonizing brand, providing coaching, training, online courses and retreats. Formerly a GMTV presenter, Dawn is a best-selling Hay House author and is on the expert panel for Psychologies Magazine.

With the potential to reach large global audiences via former Buddhist community and other close networks where she has a strong positive reputation, Maggie looks forward to extending beyond the thousands she has already touched with her work, words and social media presence.
