The thing I love about it the most is that it has a lot about just about everything and it is so easy to follow and written so plainly that I walked away with a whole lot of wisdom and a real sense of confidence that yes, I could do journeying, yes I could shape shift, or find my animal totem or my spirit guide. Just simple logical gentle steps that helped me explore a world that has been kind of confusing to me for a long time.
Straightforward advice on the stuff that can get to us the most. I learned how to go deep within myself and see what was really going on.
