Ceryn Rowntree

Having grown up in a very spiritually open family Ceryn has been interested in all things new age and spiritual from a young age and has been aware of the Spirit world for as long as she can remember. She began formally developing as a medium in her early 20s and considers working with the Spirit world, and helping people to embrace all of the knowledge, wisdom and magic that involves to be one of her biggest passions in life.

A keen writersince childhood, Ceryn wrote her first novel (about a giant called Mr George) at the age of six. And after years of continuing her passion for writing professionally through roles in communications and public relations, Ceryn had the opportunity to publish her first book the Teen Spirit Guide to Working With Spirit, through Soul Rocks books in 2014.
A qualified Person-Centred, counsellor, Ceryn also runs a spiritual healing and education business, Aurora, with her best friend Shelley. Aurora aims to help people live more authentically and connect better with the principles of Spirit in a friendly and grounded way that is accessible and appealing to "normal" people who may be put off by traditionally spiritually-focused businesses.
Ceryn currently lives in a little house in Northumberland with Kali, a German Shepherd who prefers to think of herself as a four-legged person. Her day job involves looking after communications and marketing for a Premiership Rugby club, something that enables her to mix her love of sport with her training and experience in the PR and Communications world. In her spare time she enjoys eating out with friends, spending time with family, baking, gardening, exploring new places and walking with Kali through the beautiful Northumbrian coast and countryside.
