‘Whether you are a seasoned Yogi or Meditator or new to meditation, you will enjoy this book. Even just reading through this book without following any of the meditations I felt an instant feeling of calmness and peace. As you journey through this book you will be taught techniques to calm the monkey mind, move aside ego and focus on your goal: Peace. You will be taught how to prepare the body prior to meditation: Relax the body and the mind will follow. With 15 separate meditations, there really is something for everyone, regardless of your experience. As you move through the meditations the author will gently guide you through each step, instructing you on breathing techniques, focus and visualisations. This book has kick-started my daily meditations (again!), although this time, I have to say, something has changed. I genuinely feel more peaceful, more tolerant and more focused on finding my true-self and purpose. Thank you Jenny for bringing together all your experience and taking the time to write this book. It is a book that I will certainly return to and the contents of which I will certainly share within my Yoga & Qi Gong classes.’ ~ Donna McKeown, Yoga and Qi Gong teacher
‘’As a newbee to Yoga Meditation I found this book truly fulfilling and inspirational not only on a Spiritual level but it also brought an amazing blissful Peace into my personal life which is much need during the ‘’craziness’’ of current times. Concentrating on the beautifully illustrated mandalas in the book provides the essential pre – requisite of single-pointed focus to fully experience these peace-infused Yoga meditations which can be achieved by everyone. Yoga practice is a commitment which must be continuously followed but the benefits and changes that can be made to your life are mind- blowing ! ‘’ ~ Marlene MacPherson, Meditation student
This most recent book from Jenny was inspired by a poem on “Peace” by her guru Paramahansa Yogananda. It is a composite of divine channelling from him together with wisdom gained by Jenny over her many years of spiritual practice & her experience in yoga, psychology & philosophy. It contains numerous practical techniques, visualisation, affirmation, mantras, prayers, yoga breathing exercises & meditations to assist the reader to master meditation & to help achieve inner peace with the ultimate goal of divine communion with source. This goal is not easily achieved but requires patience, persistence & perseverance. In Jenny’s words we should “keep on keeping on” until we achieve our desired goal. ~ James McPherson, Meditation student
If you are fortunate enough to get your hands on this book, you may well be on your way to changing your life forever. My mentor and the author of this book, Jenny Light has guided me through some very toxic and chaotic situations in my life. Before I met Jenny, I am not proud to say, I was a very dissatisfied, unhappy, anxious and stressed out selfish person, who really didn't care much for anyone or anything other than myself. I drank too much, smoked like a lum, ate too much rubbish and worked myself into a frenzy. I really was a crazy 40 something woman, trying to keep up in this marathon of life and drowning my sorrow at the weekend, to wake up after a 3-day hangover and look forward to the following weekend. Bearly an existance. If you think you are past your sell-by date to change your life, if you are at the end of your tether or if you just need some meaning in your life then this book and Jenny's teachings are perfect for you. Forget all the self-help or counselling books, I have read most of them. If you seriously want to find true happiness, inner peace and live a fulfilled life, then this book is the key. Thank you for showing me this path Jenny, all your continued support and teaching me this beautiful way of life. ~ Linsey McLean, Meditation student

Right from the first page, as I began to read, I sensed a feeling of calm and gentleness. The very words used and the ebb and flow of the writing all led to me begin in a more relaxed state even as I read those first few pages. I found the thoughts on ego and how to overcome it and live more in a soul based state incredibly interesting and I could see on reflection how I could of handled things in my own past differently to achieve a more peaceful outcome. It has already started to change my perspective and viewpoint in a very short time. Awakening the Lotus of Peace is the perfect mix of expression, experience and detailed exercises to help you get to grips with your own path to soul and peace.
