Judith Pemell is a Sydney based psychotherapist and educator. Judith worked as a journalist before migrating into live theatre and film, where she worked for 20 years in England and Hollywood. She experienced a spiritual awakening whilst working on a horror movie for Universal Pictures. Exploring Raja Yoga meditation and the world of spirituality took her to India, and into the heart of the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University. She studied and re-trained over many years. Combining her knowledge of Eastern spirituality and Western psychology, Judith began developing an approach to working with people in recovery from substance misuse. Over the past twenty years she has travelled widely, giving presentations and workshops in Australia and overseas, including for officials of the Hong Kong Government and staff at WHO, UN and ILO in Geneva. She has a private practice in Sydney.
