Nicolas Forzy

Nicolas Forzy

Nicolas Forzy is French, grew up in London and studied at the London School of Economics, graduating in 1995 with a BSc in Accounting & Finance. This led straight into investment banking, first at Morgan Stanley, then at JPMorgan. Forzy found that numbers could tell stories in many different ways in banking. It was enough to make him want something more.
Forzy was drafted into the French Army for compulsory military service in 1999. He served his 10 months as a Second Lieutenant on a combat helicopter base north of Paris, where he learned to manage teams and resources. It gave him the confidence to start his own production company to produce on film the stories that he wanted to tell.
With a first feature film, AMBITION, produced in 2005 in London and sold across three continents by sales agent Shoreline Entertainment in Los Angeles, Forzy was ready for the next challenge. After producing several short films, music videos and corporate projects, he moved to the United Arab Emirates to expand his skills into television and digital platforms.
It was in the UAE that Forzy wrote ALPHANUMERIC. Using the storytelling techniques he had developed in scripts, he quickly put together the structure of the plot and of the world, before labouring over the finishing touches. Now based in Dubai with his wife and son, Forzy is busy adapting several of his scripts into books, while also serving as the head of Creative Development at e-Motion Content Agency.
