In 2008, Jo Barnard gave up her fifteen-year career in marketing to pursue her passion for holistic living and set up her wellbeing clinic, 'you-time', where she offers various treatments, teaches Reiki and meditation, and encourages others to step into their own positive power. She lives with her husband, two sons and rescue poodle, by the river of a small Essex town.
