Rt Revd Dr John Saxbee
John Saxbee was the 71st Bishop of Lincoln in the Church of England. Dr Saxbee, now retired, is a Bristolian who served as a Parish Priest and Director of Training in Devon, before moving to Shropshire as Bishop and Archdeacon of Ludlow - and then to Lincoln in 2002. He is married to Jackie with whom he has one daughter. He studied Theology at University and his PhD Thesis was on Kierkegaard, the Danish philosopher. He reads widely, but especially on Theology, Current Affairs and Novels.
