Deb Morrison
Dr. Deb Morrison served as Strategic Designer and Writing Team Co-lead for the U.S. Action for Climate Empowerment Strategic Planning Framework. Deb has been involved in climate and justice learning design as a researcher-practice partner with numerous communities, and as an implementer of systemic change. She is part of the leadership team designing and implementing the ClimeTime initiative in Washington State, is a board member of the Climate Literacy and Energy Awareness Network, and is involved in designing and implementing the research-practice partnership for Advancing Coherent and Equitable Systems of Science Education. Deb co-chairs the NARST policy and programs committee, serves on the steering committee for the UNFCCC ECOS community, and sits on the ṮEṮÁĆES Climate Action Steering Committee. She is the author of numerous book chapters and articles on education, justice in the sciences, and justice in science education.
