Jacob Henricson grew up in a small village by the polar circle and studied political science in several different countries. After an accidental start of his corporate career he ended up in a Vice President-position in a Fortune 500-company and was baffled by the alien culture of KPIs, management consultants and “Leadership trainings”. Why would anyone believe this added value? After years of fighting the system to get the job done, he broke up with corporate, became his own boss and wrote this book on evenings and weekends.
