Petros Arguriou

Peter Arguriou was born in Salonika, Greece, in 1973. He studied conventional medicine at the University of Athens and quit in the early 90s after recognizing the signs of moral and scientific decay of the medical establishment. For a brief period of time he worked for small Greek Pharma companies, only to verify his personal experience of science going bad and mad.
He wrote several novels before becoming absorbed by the demanding field of analysis. He has worked for the greek alternative press, covering several aspects of Greek and global issues, from politics to the economy, from science to society, with an emphasis on public health issues.
Selective articles of his have been translated in over seven languages.
He is a member of a loose circle of radical Greek analysts that consists of: Balcan experts G. Stamkos and J. Mihaletos, the antipsychiatrist K. Grivas and the late l. Papantoniou, a veteran White House correspondent.
His analysis was successful in predicting the 2008 Greek youth revolution, the global financial crisis ('Greece in a Global Financial Crisis', Secret Greece journal 2007) and pretty much the swine flu pandemic declaration ('The Bird Flu Conspiracy', Zenith magazine, 2006).
Peter is also a member of the Greek Mensa, the High IQ society.
He lives in Thessaloniki, Greece.
